A: A love of Drums, Bass & Riddim.

OneSoundUK was formed in 2008 when 3 dj’s joined forces, combining their musical styles with a common love for reggae & dub. Believing modern dance music is a direct descendant of the musical innovations that began in Jamaica during the 50’s, it made sense the two should be united under one roof.

Inspired by the UK soundsystem operators that have tirelessly kept bass culture alive for decades, our aim is to promote this music: past, present & future, contributing in a small way to these scenes.

Finally we hope we can connect with as many broad minded souls as possible, blur some boundaries and most importantly spread some positive vibes. Respect & mannas, always…ONE.

Mixes on the home page will always be 320kps usually around 100-150mb. There are additional mixes and selections on the ‘Braata’ page these are at a 192kps and can be downloaded via mediafire.
